Using EI5DI software (Super Duper) in the SP DX Contest

Super Duper configuration for the SP DX Contest is extremaly easy now. You have configuration templates for "SPDX, Poland" (configuration for Polish contesters) and "SPDXC, DX" (configuration template for stations from outside Poland). The software is available free at: The software developed by Paul EI5DI is very easy to use, has many great features and the author is developing it all the time. You will find many interesting features and support for many, many contests.

Configuration of Super Duper for SP DX Contest

First of all run the software. You will see a screen with the prompt to type in the name of the file where logged information will be stored:

Give the name of the file (for example SPDXC08) and press ENTER. Next you must choose the correct contest. Scroll down the list to see the "SPDXC, DX" (if you are outside Poland) or "SPDX, Poland" (if you are in Poland).

Next press ENTER. On the next screen you will see some lines to give your station data (call, name, address) and also multiplier and scoring setup (the default values are OK).

After completing the above screen press ENTER again and the last thing to do is to choose the initial mode of operation (CW or SSB).

After that you are ready. Easy, isn't it?

Using Super Duper is easy, comfortable and user-friendly. Download it and the manual to learn the special keys, shortcuts, configuration etc. If you have any questions you can always subscribe to Super Duper discussion list. Visit author's page for all the information.
